JUVÉDERM® injectable gel is the first smooth-consistency hyaluronic acid (HA) gel. Over time, the loss of HA, a naturally-occurring hydrating substance in the body, can result in facial wrinkles, folds and loss of volume. Juvederm® replaces the lost hyaluronic acid and the results are FDA approved.

These are the JUVÉDERM formulas DeSilva Dermatology uses to treat specific areas:

JUVÉDERM^® XC is for injection into the facial tissue for the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds (such as nasolabial folds).

JUVÉDERM^® Ultra XC is for injection into the lips and perioral area for lip augmentation.

JUVÉDERM^® Ultra Plus is a dermal filler, specifically a hyaluronic acid filler, used to add volume and smooth out moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, particularly around the nose and mouth.

JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA^® XC is for injection into the lips for lip augmentation and for correction of perioral.

JUVÉDERM VOLUMA^® XC is for deep injection in the cheek area to correct age-related volume loss.

JUVÉDERM VOLLURE^™ XC is for injection into the facial tissue for the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds (such as nasolabial folds).

JUVÉDERM VOLUX™ XC is the first hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler specifically formulated and approved for use in the jawline and chin.

SKINVIVE by JUVÉDERM® helps the skin retain its natural moisture and softness leading to an improvement in the skin smoothness of the cheeks.
